One of the questions I get asked the most when I come back from covering a convention is how were the parties. Who did I get to chat with? Were they cool? Was anyone not cool? How was the food? After getting back from covering Comic-Con for FanBolt, I’ve gotten those questions a lot.
I was able to attend two roof top parties in downtown San Diego (one at Float and one at the Andaz Hotel) after a couple of long days of interviews and press lines. Both had beautiful views, celebrities, awesome friends, and great food and drinks (though that being said – Float has the most amazing sliders I’ve ever had – they’re a highlight each year).
I will gossip with you all a little though, I did see one very drunk celebrity. I won’t say who it was or which party they attended, but it was a “he” and he spilled several drinks on himself. And no, it wasn’t anyone featured in this post. Aside from that, everyone was incredibly sweet and super cool. And of course, they all looked stunning.
Here’s a few highlights from both the WB and NBC parties that I attended.
Benjamin McKenzie and Me
Stephen Amell with Jenn and Me
Chuck Lorre (Big Bang Theory Creator) and Me

The Best Sandwich I Think I’ve Ever Been In – Joseph Morgan and Daniel Gillies

The Amazing View from the NBC Party
When I returned home on Monday… I even discovered a couple photos of me had been featured on CNN.
A huge thank you to both of these networks for two incredible evenings – the parties were a nice break from the madness of the Con!
